RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Demari, we want customers to be satisfied with their purchases. This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made through https://demari.com.ge and is subject to the mandatory consumer protection laws of Georgia.

14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 calendar days after you, or a person designated by you, receives the product, without giving a reason, except for products that are excluded from return as described below.

Please contact us before sending any product back. Products returned without prior notice may experience processing delays.

RETURNING THE PRODUCT

After notifying us of your decision to return a product, you must send the product back without undue delay and no later than 7 calendar days after submitting your return request.

The customer is responsible for the direct cost of return shipping unless the product is defective, damaged, expired, incorrectly supplied, or Demari has agreed to cover the return cost.

The customer may be responsible for any reduction in the value of the product caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality.

CONDITION OF RETURNED PRODUCTS

Returned products should be in the same condition in which they were received, with original packaging and all included accessories or materials where applicable.

Proof of purchase or the order number may be required to process the return.

EXCEPTIONS FOR HYGIENE AND PERSONAL-CARE PRODUCTS

For health protection and hygiene reasons, sealed products that have been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned if they are no longer suitable for resale.

This may include sealed cosmetics, skincare, makeup, beauty, and personal-care products where the protective seal, safety film, or hygienic packaging has been opened or removed.

This exception does not limit your rights if the product is defective, damaged, expired, incorrectly supplied, or does not correspond to its description.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, EXPIRED, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

Please inspect your order after delivery and contact us as soon as possible if the product is defective, damaged, expired, incorrectly supplied, or different from the product ordered.

Please provide your order number and, where possible, photographs of the product and packaging.

We will review the matter and arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.

REFUNDS

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

Where a refund is due, it will be issued without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the purchase.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned product or until you provide evidence that the product has been sent back, whichever occurs first.

The refund will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless another method is expressly agreed.

Where required by applicable law, the refund will include the cost of standard delivery. Additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method are not refundable.

Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund in your account after it has been processed by Demari.

The fastest way to exchange a product is to request a return and, after the return is accepted, place a new order for the required product.
