SHIPPING POLICY

Demari currently provides delivery within Georgia only. Orders are delivered by a courier service.

DELIVERY TIMES

Tbilisi:

Delivery is normally completed on the next business day.

Other cities and regions of Georgia:

Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days.

Some villages, settlements and remote locations may be served on specific delivery days according to the courier company's schedule.

ORDER CUT-OFF TIMES

Orders submitted by 15:00 are processed according to the standard courier schedule.

On Saturdays, the order cut-off time is 13:00.

Orders submitted after the applicable cut-off time may be processed on the next business day.

DELIVERY COST

Delivery charges depend on the destination and total shipment weight.

Tbilisi:

Up to 5 kg – 6 GEL

Up to 10 kg – 8 GEL

Up to 15 kg – 10 GEL

Up to 20 kg – 13 GEL

Other cities:

Up to 5 kg – 8 GEL

Up to 10 kg – 13 GEL

Up to 15 kg – 18 GEL

Up to 20 kg – 22 GEL

Villages and settlements:

Up to 5 kg – 13 GEL

Up to 10 kg – 18 GEL

Up to 15 kg – 23 GEL

Up to 20 kg – 28 GEL

The maximum shipment weight is 20 kg.

DELIVERY AREA

Delivery under this Shipping Policy is available within Georgia only.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by the destination, courier schedule, public holidays, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.
