How to Prepare

With milk: mix 2 measuring scoops — 27 g — with 250 ml of semi-skimmed 1.5% milk.

With water: mix 4 measuring scoops — 54 g — with 200 ml of water.

Pour the liquid into a shaker first, add the powder and shake vigorously until smooth.

A suitable unsweetened plant-based drink may also be used. Follow the preparation ratios stated on the product packaging.

Use for Weight Control

For weight loss, two main daily meals may be replaced with shakes prepared according to the directions as part of an energy-restricted diet.

After weight loss, one main daily meal may be replaced to help maintain the achieved weight.
