Products and Prices
DEMARI is a multi-brand online platform offering products from various international brands.

DEMARI reserves the right to change product prices, assortment, and promotional terms. Such changes will not apply to orders that have already been confirmed, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Order Placement
Customers may place orders through the procedures available on the website.
An order becomes effective after it has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed.
If an ordered product is no longer available or another significant issue arises, DEMARI will contact the customer and offer an appropriate solution, including cancellation of the order and, where applicable, a refund of the amount paid.
Payment
Payment may be made using the payment methods available on the website.
Payment transactions are processed through appropriate secure payment systems.
Before placing an order, the customer should review the final order amount and the available payment conditions.
Delivery
Delivery terms, available regions, delivery times, costs, and other relevant information are provided on a separate page:
Delivery & Returns
The customer is required to review these terms before placing an order.
If any delivery restrictions apply to a particular order, the customer will be informed during the order placement process.
Product Returns and Refunds
The terms and conditions for product returns and refunds are set out on the separate Delivery & Returns page and are governed by applicable Georgian law.
In the case of distance contracts, the customer's statutory rights are protected under the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights. Where provided by law, the customer may have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days, subject to applicable exceptions.
