NUTRIPLUS+ CREATINE is an unflavoured sports food supplement combining high-purity creatine monohydrate with vitamin B6.

Creatine increases physical performance during successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of at least 3 g of creatine.

How to Use

Mix 2 measuring scoops — approximately 5.1 g — with 100 ml of water or your preferred drink and stir well.
