Each serving provides plant-based protein, fiber, vitamins and minerals. The shake is quick to prepare and can be mixed with water, milk or a suitable plant-based beverage.

Preparation

With milk: mix 2 measuring scoops — 27 g — with 250 ml of 1.5% fat milk.

With water: mix 4 measuring scoops — 54 g — with 200 ml of water.

It may also be prepared with light yogurt, soy milk, oat milk, almond milk, lactose-free milk or kefir.

Pour the liquid into a shaker first, add the powder and shake thoroughly until smooth.

Use in a Weight-Management Program

During weight loss, two main meals per day may be replaced with the shake. For weight maintenance, one main meal per day may be replaced.

The product is effective only as part of an energy-restricted, varied and balanced diet. Adequate daily water intake is important.

Storage

Store in a dry place below 25°C. Close the container tightly after each use and do not remove the moisture-absorbing sachet.
